The right side of the product heats to 380°F, which is ideal for things like veggies and fish. On the left side, things can reach 410°F to properly cook things like kabobs and burgers with a nice crisp finish. Lastly, grill top heats to about 460°F in the middle so that you can safely cook poultry and other meat. When you’re finished cooking, just toss this puppy’s plate into the dishwasher.
